Sensing and Controlling is an important step in our product since it allows us to effectively monitor the air. Monitoring the air is crucial for both regulating local environments and creating an energy-efficient system. In our air filtration systems, there are methane sensors that employ optical systems to detect methane, providing real-time measurements in µg/m³. They continuously monitor and report on the concentration of these particles, offering insights into the air quality. This real-time data is critical in regulating the operation of our filtration system.
It dictates when the system should engage, ensuring that clean air is delivered precisely when it is needed most. The significance of this precision extends to energy conservation as well, as it prevents the system from operating unnecessarily, thereby optimizing energy use.
Filter maintenance is a critical aspect of air filtration systems, and the Pressure Sensor plays a central role in this case. It operates by continuously monitoring air pressure differentials across the filters. As filters collect particles and gradually become clogged, the pressure differential increases. This sensor detects even subtle changes in air pressure, indicative of early filter clogging. The Pressure Sensor facilitates timely maintenance, ensuring that filters are cleaned or replaced precisely when required.
These sensors and control systems, optimize the efficiency of the system and thus contribute to the environment, providing clean air trough energy.
